Another well-developed website for the Trebevic cableway. This cableway was connected by Bistrik with Vidikovac on Trebevic.
The starting station was located in the street Avdage Shahinagića (at that time Dimitrije Tucović) across the Sarajevo City Hall at an altitude of 583 meters, and came to Vidikovac on Trebević at 1160 m / nv. The height difference was over 500 meters, and the distance between the stations was 2070 m.
South of the Old City in Sarajevo is the Trebevic Mountain, whose slopes have become an integral part of the city. Vrh Trebevic is located at 1629 m above sea level, and the mountain to the east is connected to the mountain Jahorina. It is 12 km from the city center and can be reached by foot and by thirty minutes.
Trebevic has been the main excursion site of Sarajlija since ancient times. The favorable geographical position, altitude, mild climate and natural beauties have been planted in the hearts of nature lovers. With its Sarajevo mahalas on its slopes it represents a unique harmony of urban and natural, and the entire area is characterized by great biodiversity.
