The first project was done by Karlo Parzik. As a model for the development of this project, he was served by the Kemal II mosque, and for this he went to Cairo twice. Along with the elaboration and elaboration of the project, the construction of the building took place from 1892 to 1894. The city hall building was officially handed over to use in 1896.
